5 star review for 5 star windows. I arranged for half of the house to have new windows to replace only the broken ones. The whole process was easy to understand and the staff were great at arranging contracts, fitting and appointments. Amir Khan and Theo Glass were our installation team. I couldn't have asked for a better team, from start to finish over 2 days they kept me fully informed of the progress. When the fitting didn't go to plan because of something missed by the surveyor Amir quickly showed me and arranged management to come out and help plan what we would all do next. Amir and Theo did such a great job that we decided to order more windows to finish off the rest of the house. We have instructed 5 star only this team must do the next installation. PS tea with milk and sugar along with jalebi.

We had one of our Patio doors double glazing unit shatter unexpectedly. I phoned Barnham Windows & Conservatories that morning. Nick came round about 1pm that day and the quote for a replacement was with us later that afternoon. Order was placed straight away and fitted the following week. Fantastic Service and a very professional company, I would thoroughly recommend this company and thank them for such a quick and professional approach to resolve this very unexpected shattering of the double glazing unit.

All-round amazing service. The quality of the products, and the fitting, is bang on. The fitters were always early (but waited outside until 0800 as planned) and were incredibly tidy. Colette was amazing. I popped in late on a Saturday afternoon and she still took the time to get to understand what I wanted and put it all together. She went out of her way to source a different design of glass; the first they've had of that design, and even managed to get it built into the door. She made sure every little detail was perfect - the exact colour of door and the finish on the handles. The price was better than other quotes I'd received, so much so that I upgraded to triple-glazed throughout and it was still cheaper. Very impressed and will be recommending to friends and family.
