High Spec Windows & Conservatories Ltd

Very unprofessional. Salesman Barry just waste of time and getting creative on order form. Watch out for him. Surveyor company sent was drunk. Materials delivered not in line with agreement double instead of triple glazing. As we were supplied with the wrong door i made a complaint. In response I'm being told to pay in addition to agreed in the contract deposit and cost of materials what was supposed to be final payment on completion. Having advised that contact cannot be changed due to complaint by its one side I'm being told further works are not going to be done. So I'm left with half work done. Cowboys.

Terrible communication throughout! I scheduled time off work to ensure i was at home. Even on the day of the appointment to have the fitting i had not received any communication that they were not going to turn up. I called and was told that because i had been messed about i would receive a reduction on my final bill. This didnt happen. The guys that came to fit the window and door did a great job and explained they would be back the next day to refit the blinds. I did query this as it said in the contract they wouldnt refit them, but they assured me they were attending the next day. They didnt turn up and there was no further communication. Due to the constant issues with communication i wouldnt recommend. Im still awaiting my payment receipt and warrenty documents despite chasing!

Good service- friendly staff . Lucky and Harvender fixed our double glazing windows ,there work was quite professional and had quality .

Had a brilliant conservatory fitted and 2 bay windows had different builders on different parts of my house i imagined it was going to take a while reading various reviews, which some I can understand completely i.e I and my husband had a very precise and too the point quote which we accepted (based on past experiences we was a little apprehensive but the sales director/ boss reassured us and gave us a fair quote they wasn’t the cheapest but definitely not the dearest by far, and only missed the deadline by 2 days due to the weather. The mess I cleaned myself with them as I have ocd anyway. The receptionist hamza I was told by himself his name, was very on point and answered all my questions I needed answering and chased anything I needed help with up. I have already recommended them to two of my friends/ family. The finished job was 100% as wanted and drew out with the seller I don’t know the builders names as they were very professional just got to work did as they was instructed to do but I am very greatful to them hamza and Mac and all involved within the company. Deffo thumbs up from me and my husband if u want putting at ease and treating with respect i reccomend this place made BIG mistakes with companies in past not sure if I can name them on here. Very high quality windows installed on my propert and fantastic standard of work by their fitters. Hi Spec Windows & Conservatories were easy to talk with and very quick responses to queries. There was a minor issue at the end but that was quickly rectified. Would recommend most certainly!

2 Young men arrived, well spoken, polite. Did the job with out being a hassle to me what so every. Great job done, would highly recommend them. Thank you Lucky for great service.
